They are looking for a Supply Chain Graduate looking to start an exciting and challenging career in a fast moving environment.  The role will be initially based at their Components site in Kidlington, Oxfordshire with a view to then moving onto one of their European locations. There is also the potential for assignments in Asia or America in the future.

Key activities

  • Managing large sets of data to form a logical argument and carry out process re-engineering.

  • Have a presence on distribution floors identifying improvements and working with their software platforms focusing on vendor management

  • Opportunity to progress onto creating projects using the arguments formed from the data managed and then step into Project Management so you will need to feel confident leading others


  • 2.1 or 1st class degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or other Technical discipline (with some previous study in Maths/Statistics at A level preferred) - Ideally through a University accredited to CILT but not essential

  • Ideally able to speak a European language with a preference for French or German but others would be considered

  • IT analytical skills must be strong – particularly excel and quick to learn new software

  • High numerical ability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and good attention to detail

  • Flexible and proactive attitude with a desire to learn and take on responsibility.

  • Candidates must be willing and able to relocate across Europe.
