Our client is a leading international supplier of specialist plastic, fibre, foam and packaging products with three Strategic Business Units: Component Solutions, Health & Personal Care Packaging and Filtration Products. Every day they produce and distribute millions of small but essential components. Their products may not be noticeable – or even recognisable – but wherever you are, their business is all around you. Their international network extends to 33 countries and includes 53 principal manufacturing facilities, 64 sales and distribution operations and 5 research & development centres.

They are looking to recruit a HR Analyst to be based from their UK head office in Milton Keynes.

The role 

To manage HR reporting and monitor HR performance analytics in order to support the Group and Regional HR team and improve business performance through its people.  To co-ordinate processes and benefits within the area of compensation & benefits and the wider HR team.


Manages monthly HR reporting

  • Manages monthly HR reporting analytics on behalf of the Group HR Director, including headcount reporting, absence reporting, recruitment, graduate development and turnover.

Co-ordinates annual compensation and benefits processes

  • Co-ordinates the annual salary review process, managing data collection submissions for the Group Head Office and senior management level and communicates outcomes.

  • Co-ordinates the annual bonus planning and outcome process for the Group Head Office and senior management level and communicate outcomes.

  • Co-ordinates the annual LTIP award process, managing data collection submissions for globally and communicate outcomes.

  • Manages grading data and co-ordinates grading and salary benchmark data requests.

Co-ordinates benefits administration

  • Co-ordinates the European company car scheme in conjunction with local HR teams

  • Co-ordinates UK benefits including healthcare, share save, childcare vouchers, bike to work schemes.

Co-ordinates data in support of Group HR processes

  • Co-ordinates  the talent management and succession system and reporting requirements for the annual talent management and succession process

  • Co-ordinates and co-ordinates data required in support of the regular global employee surveys. 

HR Projects

  • Involvement in global payroll roll-out as required.


  • Degree educated

  • Commercial acumen

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills

  • Driven and ambitious with a proactive approach to work

  • Focus on continuous improvement and the ability to challenge

  • Strong communication skills

  • Work experience in a Business Analyst or HR Analyst role


  • Specialist HR qualification

  • Prior experience in a regional or global  HR analytics role

  • Experience working within a complex multi-national business
