Description:

Our client is a leading automotive manufacturer and sold over 3 million vehicles worldwide in 2016.
 
They are looking to recruit a Commercial Graduate to join them as soon as possible based from their UK Head Office in Coventry.
 
Their 24 month Graduate programme will give you the opportunity to learn key skills to kick start you career within the Group. The next steps for their Graduates after completing the programme will be a field based role to support their Dealers. The division is responsible for all of the commercial activities in the UK. This includes maximising vehicle and parts sales, increasing market share and loyalty, enhancing customer awareness and experience of their brands.

Within the Commercial role there are a number of departments that you could be placed into;
 
Sales, Marketing, Fleet, Network Development, Parts & Service, PR, Events and Distribution.

These areas cover many responsibilities, such as: promotions, advertising, developing sales to business users, customised marketing material, managing the relationship with the dealer network, product and pricing, marketing programmes, aftersales and looking after the network of dealers across the UK.

Within your role you will be involved in the daily activities of the department, as well as having your own projects to manage.
 
You will have 2 x 12 month placements within the 2 year Graduate Programme.
 
Interviews are likely to be held in November.
 

Qualifications:

2.1 or above in any degree discipline
Full driving license
Ambition and drive
Strong communication skills
Keen to develop a career in a commercial role
Some work experience in a business environment either as a placement year or after university would be ideal but not essential
