Graduate Programme:

They are looking to recruit a HR Graduate – with Italian language to join their Graduate Programme in September 2018. This will suit individuals who relish the idea of becoming future leaders with a business.

The programme is 2 years with placements as follows:

Year 1 – UK – Group HR role at their Global Headquarters in Birmingham

You will work as part of the Group HR team to support the delivery of the Group’s HR strategy across our three Divisions. You will assist in challenging HR projects in the areas of reward and talent, and develop strong generalist experience by supporting senior stakeholders within the Group. 

Year 2 – Italy

Divisional Headquarters role, within Precision, Critical or Hydronic As a member of one of the Group’s three divisional HR teams you will be involved in supporting the Division’s HR strategy, and work on a variety of divisional HR projects, this could be supporting change management or implementing a new HR system. In this role you will develop an understanding of the Division’s commercial and operational foundations.

Post Programme – Generalist or specialist role working in the HR team at any of the global site operations. As you complete your HR qualification, depending on your desire you will take up a specialist or generalist role within Group or one of its three Divisions. The post programme role will hold great progression opportunities and will be an excellent chance to build your professional network and ‘brand’.


Good degree in any discipline

High standard of written and spoken business English and Italian

Ideally a placement year in industry or summer placement or 12 months post-graduate work experience in HR

Flexible in your approach, with an energetic, confident and driven mind-set, with aspiration to become a future leader

Focus and ambition to develop a global career, so mobile to move anywhere in the world in the long term
